How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders $150+. Orders less than $150 will be charged a standard shipping fee of $10.

 

How fast is your U.S. shipping?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our New York warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date, or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please note that expedited shipments must be placed by 2PM Pacific Time to be shipped same-day.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes! We offer overnight shipping for orders within the U.S. You can select Next Day Air for $40.00 USD at checkout. See the chart below for delivery information. This shipping cost is nonrefundable. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday.

Orders placed using UPS Overnight service that has more than 3 units may be subject to additional shipping charges.  Please contact customer service for additional information.

We do not currently ship to PO boxes

 

What countries do you ship to?

U.S. and Canada

  • We cannot ship to Puerto Rico and territories situated outside of North America.
  • Orders placed using UPS Overnight service that has more than 3 units may be subject to additional shipping charges.  Please contact customer service for additional information.

Be aware that you may be liable to pay customs and sales tax as a customer imports the good(s) to the US and Canada. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that possible customs or import duty charges will not be refunded, should you wish to return your order.

 

Are taxes included in my order total?
